Welcome to Sal’s Detailing Services! By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.


1. Liability Disclaimer

Sal’s Detailing Services takes every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our services. However, we are not liable for any damage

caused during the detailing process, including but not limited to:


• Damage to the paint, coatings, or any other part of the vehicle.

• Pre-existing conditions or defects that may be exacerbated by the service.


By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and release Sal’s Detailing Services from any liability.


2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Notice Requirement : Please provide at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice

.• Non-Refundable Deposit : A deposit of atleast 30% of the service cost but not limited to, is required to secure your booking. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which will be used to cover the reserved spot.


3. Deposit and Payment Policy

• Deposit : A non-refundable deposit of at least 30% of the service cost but not limited to, is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be applied toward the total service cost.

• Payment : The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, etc.


4. Service-Specific Terms

Paint Correction : Results vary based on the vehicle’s condition. While we aim to achieve the best possible outcome,

we cannot guarantee complete restoration

for vehicles with severe damage or defects.


Ceramic Coating : Proper maintenance is essential to maintain the longevity of ceramic coatings. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care after the service.


Mold Removal : Mold removal results depend on the severity of the issue. Sal’s Detailing Services is not liable for residual odor or damage caused by mold pre-existing in the vehicle.


Test Spots for Paint Correction : Test spots are conducted to demonstrate the potential results of our paint correction service. We are not liable for any discrepancies in the final result due to factors beyond our control.


5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best service, customers are required to:
• Provide accurate information about the vehicle’s condition.

• Ensure the vehicle is clean and prepared for the service as requested.

• Notify us of any specific concerns or requirements prior to the appointment.


Additional fees may apply for unprepared or misrepresented vehicles.


6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (e.g., name, contact details) is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.


7. Amendments to Terms
Sal’s Detailing Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
